Abstract
This publication sets out the main elements of public interventions in food safety in Catalonia.
The document is divided into different sections, ranging from risk assessment to communication, management and also describes aspects related to the quality and coordination of interventions.
In addition, it should be useful for a better understanding with regard to food security and to government efforts invested to keep it, as an instrument of reflection in a food security policy based on principles such as transparency and continuous improvement.
