Abstract
This document is part of the Satisfaction surveys plan of Catalonia (PLAENSA ©) and responds to the need for action on satisfaction in the use of health services by users, allowing design strategies to improve quality and progress in adapting to their expectations, ensuring equity and sustainability of the model.
