Abstract
To be sitting many continuous hours favors the appearance of some illnesses related with the sedentarism. Some jobs that require to be sitting most part of the day in front of the computer can shoot weighty increase, muscle tension and imbalance, bad posture and pain. It is recommended to make active pauses every two hours and take a break for making a sequence of stretchings, which improve flexibility and reduce the negative effects linked to sedentarism.
