Abstract
The results of the sensory evaluation carried out of the menus served in a representative sample of school meals in the Sanitary Regions of Lleida and the Alt Pirineu i Aran, with the main objective of sensorially evaluating "in situ" the menu served, as well as the degree of satisfaction of the guests, and the contribution of considerations in order to improve the questionnaire used.
