Abstract
This guide to good hygiene practices, officially recognized by the Public Health Agency of Catalonia, becomes a reference document regarding the requirements that must be met by who is in charge of a mobile restoration vehicle, and at the same time for who should take control. It refers to the vehicles used for the preparation and sale of food in the same vehicle (for example, hamburgers, frankfurt, pinchos ...), the preparation of coffee and juices, churros, chips and the sale of any type of food , including pre-packaged foods.
