Abstract
Brochure with recommendations aimed at promoting the consumption of fresh and minimally processed foods in children's breakfasts and snacks. Remember that water is always the best drink and that there is a series of processed products very common at breakfast and snack to be relegated to exceptional moments. With the intention of making the recommendations practical, examples of both meals are offered and breakfast planning and organization ideas are facilitated to minimize the effects of haste and lack of time. From the field of food education, we remember the need to respect the time and rhythm that each child needs, as well as the fact of giving value to the moments of the meals. Finally, the document emphasizes about the importance of using reusable packaging materials, to minimize the environmental impact generated by the use of plastics
