Combinacions a dosis fixes d’un anticolinèrgic d’acció llarga i un agonista beta-2 d’acció llarga per al tractament de manteniment de la malaltia pulmonar obstructiva crònica
Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (MPOC) is a respiratory disorder characterized by chronic persistence and chronic limitation of flux, mainly causing cancer. It suffers a problem of public health of great magnitude and is one of the main causes of death at global level. It is estimated that for the year 2020 there will be 3,5 milions annual dead for COPD in the world. According to the EPI -SCAN study, done from 2006 to 2007, the prevalence of MPOC in Spain in the population from 40 to 80 years is 10.2% (15.1% in men and 5.7% in gifts), face that it has observed a significant variability between geographic areas. It is expected that the prevalence of the MPOC increases in the coming years due to the continued exposure to risk factors and the aging of the population
