Abstract
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic neurological disease that affects the central nervous system (CNS) through the immune system. It is the second cause of neurological disability in young adults, between 20 and 40 years. MS lesions can occur around the central nervous system and this causes their manifestations to also be multiple.
