Healthy aging encompasses many aspects on which it is necessary to act. As we age, physiological changes occur that increase the risk of dehydration, which is why we believe that the importance of hydration in older people must be stressed. Objectives: The Community of Practice (CoP) "Active Aging" has designed a project whose backbone is training aimed at the population and professionals with the following objectives: - Train professionals and older people for the dissemination of the "Hydration Workshops for the elderly". - Prepare educational material with basic pedagogical criteria and methodology that ensures homogeneous training. - Have instruments for the collection of data on the satisfaction of the workshops, both for trainers and assistants, as well as data on prior and subsequent knowledge of the trainers. Design Realization of face-to-face and virtual collaborative work sessions to reach consensus on educational material. Carrying out workshops for the elderly and Training of Trainers aimed at the professionals who must energize them. Timing: 2017-2018, in sessions of 1 h/workshops and 2 h/Trainings. Results 13 Workshops have been carried out for 355 elderly people and 5 Training sessions for 36 professionals (social education, nursing, medicine, pharmacy, social work). The following educational material has been prepared: presentation, workshop, video-capsule, summary file, communication guidelines, advice brochure, poster and evaluation surveys. A data collection sheet for Workshops and Training carried out, knowledge and satisfaction surveys have been identified as evaluation instruments.
