Guia breu per al control de Listeria monocytogenes en la industria alimentària
Abstract
The work of this community of practice (CoP) is a compilation of information on Listeria monocytogenes in the different areas of health protection and a brief guide to be used by the inspectors of the Public Health Agency of Catalonia (ASPCAT) to the time to evaluate the Listeria monocytogenes control plans and the standardized hygiene control plans (PNCH) that food establishments in Catalonia have documented and implemented to carry out effective control in their facilities, equipment and processes against the danger of contamination or growth of the pathogen Listeria monocytogenes.
