Educació en higiene alimentària a les escoles: tallers escolars i enquestes de satisfacció
Abstract
The community of practice (CoP) Education in food hygiene in schools was created in 2010 with the aim of providing basic knowledge in food hygiene to schoolchildren that enables them to adopt correct hygienic habits.
In the first edition of the CoP (2010-2011 academic year) we developed teaching materials designed for children from 5 years old in secondary education.
In this second edition we have carried out the following actions:
Design new teaching materials (the crossword puzzle, costumes and food magnets).
Design workshops for children between 5 and 8 years old that have been taught by members of the CoP at the Castelldefels Central Library.
Propose carrying out activities/workshops in different educational centers. These workshops have been carried out by 16 second grade teachers.
Provide the Faculty of Pharmacy - Torribera Food Campus (University of Barcelona) of Santa Coloma de Gramanet with the teaching material and information to carry out two workshops within the framework of the ExpAliments festival.
Carry out a satisfaction survey of the teachers of the schools where the workshops have been given.
