Transport de potes i/o caps d’ungulats sense escorxar, escaldar ni depilar
Abstract
The aim of this document is to establish the requirements that must be met by economic operators who wish to take advantage of the flexibility provided for in Annex III, Section I, Chapter IV, Point 18. c) of Regulation (EC) no. 853/2004, in relation to the transport of legs and/or heads of ungulates without skinning, scalding or waxing from a slaughterhouse to an authorized establishment. At the same time, it establishes how the communication of this activity to the competent authorities must be carried out.
