Requisits per a la venda directa de llet crua al consumidor final
Abstract
This document aims to establish the necessary requirements so that the activity of selling raw milk directly to the final consumer can be carried out. Among these requirements are the aspects that must be met in a specific way if an operation wants to carry out this activity. Also, in accordance with the obligations of the competent authorities regarding the registration of establishments and authorization of the activities of food companies regulated in articles 10 and 148 of Regulation (EU) no. 2017/625, the document describes the procedure to be followed by food business operators who request this activity and establishes the necessary coordination between the Departments of Health (DS) and Climate Action, Food and Rural Agenda (DACC) so that it can be carried out.
