dc.description.abstractHemorrhagic fever for Ebola virus (FHVE) is a feverish haemorrhagic disease that begins abruptly with fever, muscle pain, weakness, headache and odinofagia. Later, vomiting, diarrhea, renal and hepatic failure, papular macular exanthema on the 4th or 5th day and haemorrhagic symptoms that can be in the form of internal and external massive hemorrhages. In the final phase, from the second week of evolution, the patients can evolve towards healing or develop a multi-organ failure that produces death. The purpose of this procedure is to guarantee the early detection and diagnosis of a possible case of FHVE in order to immediately adopt the appropriate control measures to prevent the occurrence of secondary cases and to protect the health of workers exposed.
