Context de partida: els reptes del sistema sanitari de Catalunya

Abstract

Tot i que el punt de partida és bo pel que fa als resultats en salut i nivells d’eficiència, els reptes envers el futur són estructurals i requereixen d’una transformació profunda del sistema. En aquest sentit, molts dels països del nostre entorn també han iniciat reformes. En el nostre cas, el Pla de salut és l’instrument del canvi que permetrà realitzar aquesta transformació.

Aunque el punto de partida es bueno en cuanto a los resultados en salud y niveles de eficiencia, los retos hacia el futuro son estructurales y requieren de una transformación profunda del sistema. En este sentido, muchos de los países de nuestro entorno también han iniciado reformas. En nuestro caso, el Plan de Salud es el instrumento del cambio que permitirá realizar esta transformación.

Since the starting point is good with regard to health outcomes and levels of efficiency, the challenges facing the future are structural and require a profound transformation of the system. In this regard, many of the countries around us have also begun reforms. In our case, the Health Plan is the instrument of change that will allow this transformation.
