Pacients amb sèpsia: descripció i utilització de recursos; Catalunya 2005 -2016 (11/2018)

Abstract

Des de l’any 2015 existeix, a tot Catalunya, el Codi sèpsia. Aquest model integral d’atenció busca reduir el temps de resposta del sistema sanitari, afavorir la detecció i coordinar tots els recursos, per tal que el pacient afectat rebi les mesures diagnòstiques i terapèutiques apropiades, en els diferents punts de la xarxa assistencial.

Since the year 2015, the Sepsis Code has existed throughout Catalonia. This comprehensive care model seeks to reduce the response time of the healthcare system, favor the detection and coordination of all resources, so that the affected patient receives the appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic measures, in the different points of the healthcare network
