Crohn's disease (MC) is a chronic, progressive, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

internal organs or the abdominal cutaneous region. Perianal fistulas are considered a minor disease, however they are The most common complication of fistulizing MC is 20-30% of patients during the course of the illness, and are more common in patients with distal intestinal involvement (colonic and rectal).
