Evaluación de la seguridad, eficacia/efectividad y eficiencia de la radioterapia estereotáctica corporal (SBRT) en cáncer de pulmón, próstata e hígado
Abstract
The aim of this report is to describe the safety, efficacy/effectiveness and efficiency of SBRT in comparison with conventional non-pharmacological treatments, as well as the organizational, ethical, social and legal aspects linked to its use, in adult patients with lung, prostate and/or liver cancer. Specifically, this report addresses six subgroups
or patient populations: those with localized primary cancers (stage I or II) in the lung or bronchus (hereafter: lung cancer), prostate or liver, as well as those with tumors with oligometastases (stage IV) that include at least one in the lung or bronchus, liver, or with lymph node oligometastases secondary to prostate cancer.
