Evaluación de los programas de intervención temprana en psicosis dirigidos a adolescentes y adultos jóvenes
Abstract
The objective of this health technology assessment (HTA) report was to evaluate EI services for adolescents and young adults (aged 14 to 35 years) with an at-risk mental state (ARMS), a first episode psychosis (FEP), or in recovery after a FEP. The comparator was usual care for psychotic disorders, which is classically more focused on reducing disability and preventing relapse. The first objective was to assess the clinical effectiveness of EI services. The second and third objectives assessed the economic, social, and organisational aspects of the EI services. The fourth objective was to define indicators to evaluate the implementation of EI services within the Spanish National Health System (SNS).
