Vacunes contra la diftèria, el tètanus i la tos ferina i altres vacunes combinades amb aquests antígens
Abstract
Chapter 4.1 of the Manual de vacunacions de Catalunya. Pediatric vaccines against diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough (DTP vaccines) have been part of the basic immunization of children in our country since the mid-1960s. Tetanus vaccine (T vaccine) and adult tetanus and diphtheria vaccine (Td vaccine) have been key vaccines for adult immunization, and Td still is. From these vaccines, numerous combined vaccines have been developed, both for pediatric use and for adults, which, in addition to protecting against the three diseases mentioned, have other antigens added in order to be able to achieve immunity against the number of diseases as high as possible through a single preparation.
