Abstract
Anisakiosi is a parasitic disease that occurs in humans by the consumption of raw or inadequately cooked fish parasitic larvae Anisakis sp.
This article describes the different programs that seeks to control the infestation degree by nematodes belonging to Anisakidae family in fish along the Catalan coast in order to determine the prevalence of this parasite.
