Tractament de l’artritis reumatoide activa de moderada a greu quan la resposta als FAMM ha estat inadequada: informe d’avaluació de resultats
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a serious chronic disabling autoimmune disease of unknown cause, which involves destructive inflammation of the joints, and can also affect other parts of the body. There are no healing treatments. The therapeutic goal is to achieve remission or a low level of clinical activity, to reduce inflammation, symptoms and joint damage. To do this, disease-modifying antirheumatic immunosuppressive drugs (FAMMs) are used.
