Aplicació de mesures de flexibilitat en petits escorxadors i escorxadors mòbils
Abstract
This document aims to establish the requirements that must be met by small slaughterhouses and mobile slaughterhouses that wish to take advantage of the exceptions and adaptations established in Royal Decree 1086/2020, of December 9, on flexibility in food hygiene , by which certain conditions of application of the provisions of the European Union in the matter of hygiene in the production and marketing of food products are regulated and made more flexible and activities excluded from their scope of application are regulated (hereinafter Royal Decree of flexibility). At the same time, it establishes how to proceed for the registration of these establishments in the Health Register of Industries and Food Products of Catalonia (RSIPAC) and for their authorization.
