Pla de seguretat alimentària de Catalunya 2007-2010
Abstract
In short, the Food Safety Plan of Catalonia is aimed at providing the population with the highest levels of food safety possible at all times. However, we should remember that the Plan
forms part of a process of constant improvement in which the results of its application and
scientific advances will enable us to formulate new objectives and interventions designed to
achieve ever higher standards of food safety as the Plan is implemented and updated over
the years.
